It' almost that time of the year again, when those silvery fish start to gather off Port Elizabeth (see this week's video from PE) and move north with the cooler water, bringing with them the largest annual concentration of marine predators in the world.
This year I've been invited to cover part of the event with Extraordinary Expeditions on their livaboard from the 27th of June (see here for details of the trip). This is something of a dream come true for me and I seriously can't wait! I'll be doing some blogging and video blogs from the boat, so keep an eye on the site and our facebook page.
CALLING ALL PHOTOGRAPHERS: If you're going to be diving the sardine run this year, and you get good photos or videos then please contact us! We want to do a series of features, both in print and online, and we need lots of good stuff!
